Ordered my hookah a month ago and it was fine until a week ago. The Part where the hose went into was really loose in the stem. I emailed the company and they Fedexed me a new part at no extra cost to me. Awesome customer service. Thanks!

Just wonderful fast service and beautiful hookah!!!! I was missing a little rubber piece and I wrote to let them know and within minutes I was emailed back and they took care of everything so quickly!!!
