My Order Status

All orders are sent to the shipping department the following business day after they are placed. Then it normally only takes 1-3 business day(s) for orders to ship out of our warehouse. We're closed on all weekends and/or holidays so these days do not count.

When an order ships from our warehouse the order status will change from "Processing" to "Shipped". We will then email the tracking information to the customer. The order can then be tracked on either FedEx.com, UPS.com, USPS.com or CanadaPost.com.

Order Statuses Explained
Processing The "Processing" order status means the order has been placed successfully and has been received. The next business day the order will be sent to the shipping department for processing (see above).
Shipped The "Shipped" order status means the order has been shipped successfully from our warehouse. The chosen shipping carrier has picked up the order and is in the process of delivering it (see above).
Declined The "Declined" order status means the credit card company declined the order and the credit card was not billed. Only the credit card company can explain exactly why they declined the order so we advise calling them as this will normally fix the issue. After the changes have been made the next order should go through.
Open/Failed The "Open" order status means that our security software has determined that the order did not pass our order security settings and did not permit the order to be placed or billed. Any future attempts to place another order will fail as well. In addition phone orders are not permitted once a previous order has failed.
