Canadian Shipping and Duties Overview

We offer our valued Canadian customers the speed and reliability of shipping to Canada with USPS (United States Postal Service) as well as UPS (United Parcel Service).  We recommend Canadians use USPS as you will have a much greater chance of not paying duties, taxes and/or tariffs; however there are no guarantees.

Plus with our toll free phone number (1-888-212-7377) you never have to worry about paying long distance fees just to talk with us. Also unlike our competition we don't charge you extra shipping and handling fees just for being a Canadian customer.  In fact we are the only major Canadian owned and operated hookah shop online today.

• * Please note that Canada Customs is a Canadian government agency so naturally we have no control over their policies and/or procedures. Therefore any potential Canada Customs issues such as processing delays, duties and/or taxes are between the customer and Canada Customs. • * All products are sold, stored and shipped from our warehouse in Georgia, USA.
• * Please note all prices are in US dollars.

Canadian Tips and Tricks

• * We don't recommend ordering more than 300g in total tobacco weight for Canadian orders; including any included free tobacco. If you order more than this you are far more likely to draw attention to your order and therefore be charged tobacco duties/fees which are around $300/kg (CAD).
• * If you need more than 300g of tobacco it would be advisable to order separate smaller (300g or less) tobacco orders than one large (500g or more) tobacco order for the above reasons.
• * Even if Canada Customs charges duties on imported tobacco you'll save money over buying it in Canada. The reason for this is the average price for a 50g pack of hookah tobacco in Canada is between $25-$30. We sell this same amount of tobacco for around $2.50 to $3.00; which is around 90% less than buying it Canada.
• * Please note that once an order enters Canada then tracking the package at CanadaPost.com will provide you with much more tracking information than USPS.com.

Canadian Customs & Duties Info

Most imported goods into Canada are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and many are also subject to Provincial Sales Tax (PST).  PST is charged based on the province in which your package entered Canada, so check with your local Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) office for exact rates.  For example if your package entered Canada via British Columbia, you would be charged BC PST. 

• * If you live in Newfoundland/Labrador, Nova Scotia or New Brunswick, you'll be assessed the harmonized sales tax (HST) instead of the GST.
• * If you live in British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario or Quebec, your provincial sales tax will also be payable.
• * All mail items are subject to a $5 CAN handling fee payable to Canada Post.
• * All amounts must be paid at the time of delivery (cash, certified check, VISA, MasterCard, or your Canada Post commercial account).
